Plantation Oak T&G – Battens

The term “Plantation Oak” has been coined to promote a group of three closely related Tasmanian Eucalyptus species: Eucalyptus Regnans, Obliqua, and Nitens, collectively known as Tasmanian Oak when referring to a single species.

We process this timber into 140 x 19mm T&G (or V) with random lengths extending up to 3.0m, or alternatively, we can also mill it into 60mm x 25mm battens to provide a board and batten look. Its consistent pale colour provides an excellent contrast for more vibrant furnishings, making it suitable for use in both soffits and various interior linings.
