Sudima hotel

Located on the shoreline, Sudima Kaikōura is a brand new 4.5-star hotel with stunning views of mountains and sea. It’s just a short walk from the township’s retail centre and main activity and attraction booking centres. The external balconies are clad with Spotted Gum that overlooks the infinity pool with the surrounding sawn face decking also being Spotted Gum.

Exterior spaces are filled with character with large big end section reclaimed Spotted Gum beams and rafters aligning the entrance and courtyard areas.

Stepping through the front doors you are greeted by architecturally placed hardwood slats that frame both the bar and restaurant areas. The front and rear wall of the bar have been clad in Spotted Gum to unify the exterior to the interior giving it a rustic but warm cosy feel.

This project has incorporated many reclaimed hardwood products to compliment the natural environment the Sudima Hotel is located within. Stylish, contemporary but subtle to greet the tens of thousands of tourists that visit this amazing town every year.
