From cladding and decking to fascia, beams and posts, interior sarking and wall linings, battens, and even exterior window shutters, every detail has been carefully considered and thoughtfully integrated into this stunning new home in Luggate, Central Otago.
The client wanted a material that could handle the extreme seasonal shifts of the region — hot summers, frosty winters – without compromising on aesthetics. The result? A timeless, low-maintenance exterior that blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape.
